R.E.A.L. Girlz is an empowerment program providing safe spaces for Girlz to foster healthy relationships, develop leadership skills & believe in their greatness.

WE Unite curated a workshop called “Learn, Life & Live” where young ladies were split into teams/roommate homes, supplied a cumulative paycheck, and then given life scenarios they had to collectively decide on regarding the expenses of adulthood. Teams were also thrown “life card” scenarios of unexpected life circumstances that either earned them “bonuses” or “deductions”. Facilitator Tasha Moore also discussed various adult responsibilities, post academic plans such as trades, certificate programs, and entrepreneurship.
